The location was very convenient for attending an event at the nearby venue. The staff were accommodating and friendly . Public transit was also easily accessible from the hotel..
The nespresso coffee machine in my room did not function. the shower wasn't working properly. I felt the room could benefit from some updates and better maintenance.

the facilities were great, especially given its proximity to the concert venue. public transit access was very convenient. i found the staff accommodating and friendly.
our bathroom was a bit dated, but it was clean nevertheless.
